DAVE'S GRANNY FLATS

My name is Dave Thompson.  My panels are SIPS ​{Structural Insulated Panel Systems}.  Fully insulated panels that fit together, tongue in groove.

Put on a steel base with EPS  {Expanded polystyrene} roof panels, these flats are cooler in summer and warmer in winter  These components are also fire retardant and termite proof.

This is a great way of getting Mum, Dad or that teenager you don't yet want to leave home their own space to live in with independence and security.  We can build a bare shell for you to deck out yourself, or we can include bathroom, kitchenette, dividing walls, wardrobe and/or bedroom.  Our team consists of an electrician and a plumber, a builder  with HIA membership, along with the stock and trade workers.

We deliver all up the east coast and across to Adelaide.  We have built in Newcastle, Canberra, Ringwood, Bendigo, Sydney, even Russell Island.  We have a great team who all get on well and don't mind camping out for a couple of days to complete the job.  That's right; it only takes 2-4 days to get one of these huts up and running.  Roof is on in the second day, depending on access to the property and weather.
